There are so many of them now...as a Google search will show. The nice part of all this is you can get an international perspective on a practice area we often tend to localize. Try out Terry Seamon's site to get a taste of that global link.

I just put up a blog focusing on 360 feedback FAQ's. It is completely separate from my business site and is intended to serve as a marketplace for ideas and experiences around the topic (www.360fyi.com)

HR World recently published a list of
“The Top 100 Management and Leadership Blogs That All Managers Should Bookmark”.
While I was honored to have mine listed, I’m not sure why they listed it under the “Woman” category. Maybe because I’m pictured with my lab, Annie?

Thanks for your contributions - what blogs do YOU read?

One aspect of OD and Leadership that we are trying to address is how to push this down to the shop floor level. The Japanese adopted and adapted this to their management system in post WWII. Pretty much still use it unchanged, 60 years later.
