Hello everyone,
I work in a global software company. We have approximately 380 managers worldwide, and I am trying to come up with a program where we would hold structured discussion meetings for about one hour, on a particular topic, with an agenda to help guide the discussion. I have also developed a blog for them, but have had requests for a more structured discussion that anyone could join. Does anyone know of a similar program or have any suggestions on how I might facilitate this? Thanks! |

Norma,
Any chance your own folks could build or add features to a company intranet? In doing so you could create a community for open chats on topics of interest. With 380 managers you do not want to try and get in the middle of those conversations Just my opinion...... Jeff |

Could you use LinkedIn.com for this? It is a system that is already widely used and easy to adapt to your specific needs with its built in functions. Of course another alternative is Twitter, which is simple to use and anyone can join in with.
