Hello All!

I've been a long-time ASTD member, but this is my first discussion posting, so be gentle.

We are a medium sized company that (like most organizations these days) are going through a significant amount of changes. One area that is getting some much needed attention is Franchise Training.

So, my question is...How do YOU do franchise training?

Does it report into L&D or Franchise Ops?
Is the in field execution up to the Franchisee, or up to the L&D department?
What would you change?

I'm just trying to get some best-practices in mind before I made the commitment of owning it
