I am working with a client (higher education)who is seeking help for the organization's executive team in addressing (their own) conflict management and other challenges. Anyone have suggestions for a consultant in the NY/NJ area who can assist them with assessment and problem solving?

CTB - I would be happy to talk with you about this. We are not in the NY/NJ area other than I am originally from Syracuse.

However, our Trainer does travel around the area (in Minneapolis this week and Baltimore later this month) teaching Conflict Resolution, Negotiation to Collaboration. We are also working with a non-profit on this same thing (In-house conflict) where their Board of Directors is at each others throats.
