You are invited to participate in an important study about managing conflict in the workplace.

This is a very busy time and your time is valuable, but all you need do now is agree to participate by sending an email to me at nussbaumb@comcast.net and copying and pasting one of the following two statements in your email:

• I agree to participate and I am a MALE
• I agree to participate and I am a FEMALE

This is necessary because I need the same number of men and women to participate. Your names will be kept confidential. You will be sent another email with a link to an online questionnaire containing a very short description of a workplace conflict situation, about which you will be asked to respond to a set of questions. Your participation is essential and will take no more than 15 minutes.
