I am a trainer in the health care indutsry and am looking for a well balanced 360 feedback online survey tool. I would apprecaite any feedback about what is important to look for in a tool and/or tools that have worked well for others.

Sorry to jump on your post, but I am also looking for this.

If anyone has any recommendations of an "off-the-shelf" web-based 360 feedback appropriate for distribution/manufacturing supervisors, I would certainly appreciate your input.

As of now, I do not have competencies for these positions. Yes, I know I'm putting the cart before the horse, but I can't win the battle. If there are some general supervisor competencies centered around associate leadership (ie. communication, delegation, etc.), I could use these.
