I am looking for an online program that would allow employees to log in and take general career related assessments and to develop and maintain an individual development plan online.
Please let me know if you know of any programs like this one.

Also,we do not currently have an LMS and are not at the point where we can implement a full-blown LMS.

Do you have a cost per employee estimate?

Our clients use their employees' talent assessment for that purpose since it is a no cost option.

My company just rolled out an LMS about 3 months ago, all I can truly say is do lot's and lot's of research. We went with our provider's standard package to really get a feel for what we need. Some of the offerings are not applicable, but many are and it's helping us to know exactly what we want to spend out money on in the future.
