I just put together a supervisory program. I did all the basic stuff, interviewed people for what they thought they needed, aligned to corporate goals/objectives, etc. The most critical thing is for them to find it relevant - so I would make sure it's practical and has a component that they can continue to use (personal development plan, action assignments, etc.). Look at the AMA's programs on the internet. They'll give you some ideas.
