I’m exploring the concept of implementing a “Leadership Development” award at my company. Over the last few years, we’ve put a lot of emphasis on leadership development, yet at our yearly management conference, all of the awards are for business results (best client satisfaction, best client retention, revenue, etc…). We’d like to recognize those managers that are “doing the best” with leadership development.
Has anyone ever done this or something similar? I’d be interested in talking to you about criteria, measures, process, logistics, etc… Thanks. |
