Hi there
I am in the same situation , responsible for implementing a Buddy Program for new hires
We already have a fairly robust new hire orientation that is receiving good feedback so this is meant to round it out
Can anyone offer me some insight into what works and what doesn't mostly from an implementation perspective or examples of documentaion also how long do they typically last 30-60-90 days???
