I would appreciate any information on your organization's approach to diversity training. Do you separately offer training to managers, as well as employees? How broad is your definition of diversity? Do you link it to any policies such as equal employment opportunity or affirmative action? What are the time requirements for participants? What vendors have you used successfully?
