We are a small entrepreneural company and we are putting together a leadership development program. We do not have a lot of money, so we are doing most of it on our own. Does anyone have a sample leadership development plan I could take a look at?

Hi Katony
I am happy to email you (and anybody else who might be interested) a leadership/management skills training needs analysis qustionnaire, covering 10 competencies, with specific behaviours to demonstrate the competency. It might help give you a starting point. Let me know on bryanedw@aol.com.
Hope that helps.

Happy Days!
