The gyst of it is that "We manage things; we lead people."

Hello- This may not be a total leadership development program, but many others have raved about integrating a custom simulation activity into leadership development. This gives the participants the opportunity to actually apply your content and test their abilities. Great for team building too. Doesn't need to be a huge program, just part of the overall LD solution.

Thanks Mr. Bill! (Love the name) We actually just piloted a leadership class that's based on a business simulation. It was well received, and we'll be implementing it within all levels of management.
